[데프 잼]의 첫 영국 여성 래퍼, 레이디 소버린
 1985년 12월 19일 영국 런던 웸블리에서 태어난 레이디 소버린(본명: Louise Amanda Harman)은 음악계에 보기 드문 백인 여성 래퍼이다. 런던 북서쪽의 악명높은 차크힐 에스테이트(Charlkhill Estate) 지역에서 자라난 레이디 소버린은 솔트 앤 페파(Salt-N-Pepa) 앨범을 들으면서 14살 때부터 래핑을 하기 시작했다고 한다. 같은 영국 출신인 R&B/Hip-Hop 여성 아티스트 미스 다이너마이트(Ms. Dynamite)의 영향을 받기도 한 레이디 소버린은 16세가 되던 해 학교를 그만두고 오디션을 거쳐 결국 2005년 유니버설 산하의 <데프잼>과 계약후 가수로 데뷔했다.
 
 
속설에서는 제이지 (Jay-Z) 가 비욘세와 데이트 하던중 데프젬엔 아담한 여성래퍼가 없다는 사실을 깨닫고 영입하였다던데
뮤직비디오도 신기(?)하고 노래도 좋고~~
