First picture it's my mood before the workout,
then you can see how it's changing later!
Actually never thought about it much,
but lately I've been having many worries in life,work,
and it was hard even for me
"always kinda smiling to the face of problems person",
to stay strong without experiencing unnecessary emotions.
But that day after a gym and shower,
I just danced in the changing room while blow-drying my hair lol.
And I felt such a positive and happy free spirit in me.
Let go all of your worries,life is much better then waisting it on them~^^
